Dear Madam,
As I received a copy of your letter to Brunschwig Chemie/ Lans Medical concerning a trademark issue, I herewith declares, as former owner of Lans Medical , which company no longer exists since 01.01.2009 as the activities were taken over by Brunschwig Chemie BV and this company is not taken any responsibility neither do Lans Medical in your mentioned topic.
The main reason of this reply is related to change of office addresses and not longer as employee working contact person to whom you send your letter (October 2010)
Lans Medical never manufactured, exported any of the product under the given name to Russia or Chile as the product was mentioned as natural enrich lactose produced by NIZO, institue in Holland which produced natural enrich lactose (by cows) and sold to the Medical University Groningen, which bought by Lans Medical and sold as a product for research with analysing support of a Infra Red analysing system
The main purpose of this natural enriched lactose was to use as test meal by analysing lactose intolerance and to detect if any person is lactose intolerant.
This product never was distributed, sold as medical or/and pharmaceutical product. It was never registered as food, pharma or other related group at the Dutch or/amd EU authorities. The guided document only mentioned the statement about the analysis done on the enrichment.
The name Nutricomp ADN was never used, marked or whatsoever to the country mentioned in your letter. No exporting activities to Russia were done. No authorisation was given to use any trade name(s) as there is no trade name, trademark given to this basic compound.
Also Brunschwig Chemie BV/ Lans Medical never exported /distributed such a kind of mentioned products to other countries under the trade names and trademarks you mentioned in your letter.
